Round 16 - Martinsville

From the largest speedway on the calender the Truck series' next stop was the smallest, Martinsville.

This paper clip shaped oval consists on 2 straights joined by 2 flat 180 degree bends. 

It is one of my better tracks as shown by the fact that I qualified on pole.

I led until 3 laps from the end when diaster struck - I was spun out!

 

I finished a disappointing 35th.

This left my at the bottom end of the top 10 in 9th place in the standings.
